The session takes the time to set up each stage, in order, without skipping the ones people rarely discuss. Guidance does something concrete here: it announces what is coming, leaves time to get ready for it, and makes explicit what usually rests on implicit signals. That is what separates a guided session from a recording you listen to passively.
What comes after this first phase
This audio is not a montage: it is the complete first phase of a session. The following phases continue in the app. This demo is fixed, with preset names, setting and intensity; in the app, the session is generated on demand with your own names, and no two sessions play out identically.
