Close your eyes.
The voice takes it from there.
Caresse is an intimate experience you live by listening. Once the session starts there is nothing left to read and nothing to watch: a voice sets the mood, holds the pace and guides you from beginning to end. If you are blind or have low vision, that is the product's native format, not an adaptation.

Why this format suits blind and low vision listeners
Listening isn't a downgraded version.
It's the original format.
Most intimate apps are built around reading: browsing a catalog, reading a story, following text on screen. If you are blind or have low vision, that means doing the product's work for it. Caresse starts from the opposite end: the scenario is written, then carried by a voice, and the screen only serves to prepare the session. This isn't an accessibility mode bolted on afterwards, it's how the app normally works.
The session runs without a screen
Once generation starts you can put the phone down, move it away, switch the screen off. The voice carries the experience end to end and asks nothing of you. There's no text to follow, no button to find at the right moment, no step to confirm along the way.
Nothing to type, no account
There's no sign-up, no email, no password to enter. You open the app and can play a demo straight away. Fewer fields to fill in means less typing you can't see, and it holds all the way through payment: the app runs anonymously from end to end.
Setup is short
Preparing a session comes down to a few simple choices: atmosphere, intensity, names. No long form, no catalog to browse page after page. The screen is needed for five minutes; the audio runs fifteen to forty.
This page is written for people who are blind or have low vision, wording we prefer to « visually impaired », still common in search but considered dated by many in the community. If you're mainly after a shared experience, Caresse for couples covers duo mode. For listening on your own, see solo exploration.
To go further on the subject, we published a longer piece: Intimacy and visual impairment, where audio fits in. It covers why so many digital services assume you can see the screen, what an audio-first experience changes, and above all how to tell audio content apart from a genuinely accessible interface — a distinction that applies to us too.
What we don't promise (yet)
Caresse is an audio experience, and that's what this page describes. We do not currently claim tested compatibility with screen readers (VoiceOver, TalkBack), nor any accessibility certification for the setup interface.
Put plainly: the session is lived entirely by ear, but the setup still goes through the screen. We'd rather write that clearly than imply support we haven't verified. The discovery session is free and needs no account, which is the simplest way to judge for yourself whether the format works for you.
Frequently asked questions
What you want to know
Is there anything to read during the session?
No. Once the session starts, everything runs through the voice: the atmosphere, the pace, the unfolding. You can switch the screen off or put the phone down. No step asks you to read text or press a button mid-experience.
Do I need an account to try it?
No. No sign-up, no email, no password. The app opens straight onto audio demos you can play right away, and use stays anonymous, payment included.
Does Caresse work with VoiceOver or TalkBack?
We haven't run a formal screen-reader compatibility test yet, and we'd rather not claim anything about it. What we can say: the session itself is fully audio and requires no reading. Setup, however, does go through the screen.
How long does a session last?
Between 25 and 35 minutes as a rule. Length is not a setting. You can stop at any point, and the generated experience stays available afterwards.
Which languages is the audio available in?
English, French and Spanish. The voice is generated natively in the chosen language, including for the free demos.
